Don joined the family business in 1976. He gained his insurance education by attending classes offered by the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Ohio along with classes offered by the Hartford Insurance Group and Beacon Mutual. He also attended continuing education classes with The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research and it’s Society of Certified Insurance Counselors educational program, obtaining his C.I.C. designation in 1984.

Don has continued his father’s values of professionalism, honesty and integrity in all of his insurance dealings with both the companies and the clients he represents. In the Commercial Insurance field, Don has experience in handling both large and small industrial companies, municipalities, and villages. He also represents most of the local school systems in and around Tuscarawas County and has obtained his latest designation as a Certified School Risk Manager. Angela started her career with Kennedy Insurance Agency in 1997. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Insurance & Risk Management. Angela obtained her Property & Casualty license in 2004, completed her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2006 and finished her Certified School Risk Management program in 2011. She has 20 years of insurance experience placing and servicing coverage for all levels of commercial business, school districts, and municipalities. She welcomes the opportunity to review your current insurance program. Angela resides in Dover, Ohio with her husband and two children. Outside of the office she is active in the New Philadelphia Lions Clubk, Dover East Parent Teacher Group, and volunteering her time for her children's social and athletic groups.

Susan started her insurance career in Canton, Ohio in 1973 and, two years later came to New Philadelphia to work for Ray Kennedy. She has worked with the family-owned agency ever since in a variety of capacities such as personal lines, commercial lines, life and health insurance lines as well as the role of office manager. Susan obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2000. She resides with her husband in Strasburg, Ohio, and spends her time with her grandchildren, animals, and family.

McKenzie joined the Agency in 2000 and is a Personal Lines consultant in charge of renewals and new business quotes. Working with clients to find them the best fit for their personal lines/needs is her specialty. Every client has different needs and by working with current clients and new business clients she is able to find the best carrier with competitive pricing. McKenzie resides in Stone Creek, Ohio with her two sons. She enjoys watching youth sports and travelling.

Cheryl joined Kennedy Insurance in 2002, and works in the agency’s personal lines department. She handles both renewal clients and new business clients, working with each to find the best possible solutions for their needs. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University. Cheryl resides in Dover, Ohio with her husband and son. She enjoys photography, watching her son play sports and being active in her church.
